Refund policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item arrives with a minor defect that does not affect the overall functionality or wearability of the product (e.g., loose thread, small mark, or misprint), we may offer a partial refund or compensation to cover the cost of repair or adjustment through a local third-party service.
Please contact us at support@velaruxstore.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. We assess these cases individually and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly. In some cases, this option may be offered in lieu of a full return or exchange
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges (Size)
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you have 60 days from receiving your package to contact us at support@velaruxstore.com. All products must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return address, and after we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send out your replacement size
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We cannot accept returns/exchanges due to you ordering the wrong shirt or product
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
